Our Counselling Service Is Free

Cairns Counselling does not charge for counselling, but as a charity relies on public donations.  We would therefore hope that you would manage to provide a donation, however small, towards the upkeep of this service.

Professional Counselling Services

Seventy five percent of our clients have been sent to us by local GPs. This shows the confidence doctors place in our skill to help you. Others come through recommendation and some because they realise they need some help.

Officially registered as a charity under the name of Aberdeen Presbytery Counselling Service (Scottish Charity Number SC 023108) we work according to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Ethics and Practice.

We opened our doors in response to a real need in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire and we are here to help you through any difficulties you may have.
